I have defrosted Elk meat - left over spaghetti sauce - left over rainbow chard, and half a box of rice spiral pasta.
So... I am going to make hamburger helper... pasta, meat... and add some carrots and chard... I'll let you know the out come, it should be good enough for the queen to eat.. (that's the 1 1/2 yr old!)
