Day 35 of Bible in 365

Ok, I think it is getting a little easier to read now that the Tent of Meeting has been built!  Today God was telling Moses what to tell the people is ok and what is NOT ok to do.  He mentioned that other people have done these things and they were very bad, so do not do them.  Were these the people before the flood?  Nothing is unreasonable... but I am sure they still push the envelope... We all do!  Why is that.  There are simple orders, or request... like for them one is do not sleep with an animal... Very simple request there.  But .... the envelope STILL gets pushed.  For us what about the request of love your neighbor like yourself?  Sure, we here that, but we still push the envelope by yelling at our neighbor if he is in the car in front of us driving NOT like we want them to!  All we have to do is love them.. We some how have been blessed enough to receive the love of God, but loving our neighbors is hard.

So my request to you today and to myself is... Love your neighbor.. Love the person on the car in front of you, or in the checkout line.  Love the person you feel wronged you - I suspect as we love God blesses... Lets all find out!
