Plan for the dessert

Ok... here is the plan for the dessert... I am not sure how it will turn out, but I am going to give it a shot!

I am going to use small muffin pans.
Steam some apples until then are soft but not mushy.  Use puff pastry... line the pastry with some delicious blueberry lime jam my mother in law made, then fill it with the apple (I'll add some Cinnamon and stuff too) .. then bake???  I'll let you know if its a success!
