There are two things I want to say... I see why God Hardened Pharaoh's heart... and Lord let me NOT be like the Israelites!
Today God hardened Pharaoh's heart again and caused a bunch of people to die. But in this it says the Egyptians will SEE THE GLORY OF GOD, and think of the testimony for the Israelites? God always has a plan.
So, here the Israelite's are seeing miracle after miracle for their behalf and ... I am telling you... I want to strangle them! I'd like to say it would be different if I witnessed such miraculous things... but these people, after seeing the red sea parted... they grumble... grumble .. and grumble some more... Thank you God for being so gracious! We are left off with God just providing food for them, some of them STILL disobeying what God had commanded... I have always prayed that the Lord would allow me to learn from other peoples mistakes so I would not have to experience them - and I have one of those prayers after today's reading... Lord allow me to be gracious and thankful for you!
