2Days Menu

Well for today we have so far kind of winged it!  We had oatmeal and a pear the size of a mango... gotta love pear season!  Grapes and the nutted squash bread for snack.  Then we were on the go for lunch so my daughter ate one of Ella's Kitchen broccoli, Pea, and Pear pouch - Ham and olives for lunch!

For snack we are going to have YoBaby organic yogurt - I scored a great deal this weekend at whole foods, I had a manufacture coupon, a wholefoods coupon, and they were on sale!  I have generally been making my yogurt from the left over goat milk I get from the dairy - but this was a deal I couldn't pass up!

For dinner we are having meatloaf!  ummmmmm  This is something the whole family loves and a bonus is the recipe I have is gluten free if you want it to be!

To stock up the fridge I am going to make chicken salad for lunch for the rest of the week and 18 eggs worth of breakfast burritos to freeze for breakfast!  My husband loves have those breakfast burritos in the freezer for the mornings!
